Meet the Team

Zach Doyle is a Kentucky native and a University of Kentucky graduate with more than eight years of experience in the insurance industry. He started his career as an agent with Allstate before moving to the independent side, where he could offer clients more options and more flexibility.

In 2020, Zach opened Signature Insurance with a simple goal: to be an in-depth advisor for every client, not just a salesperson. He takes the time to understand each client's situation, exposures and priorities, so coverage decisions are based on real needs.

Joe Baxter brings a lifetime of agricultural experience, having worked hands-on across cattle, horse, hay, corn and tobacco farms. That firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of the daily demands, risks and responsibilities that come with running a farm.

Joe also served as a housing inspector for the state of Kentucky, where he gained extensive insight into the H-2A guest worker program. Combined with his family's experience as H-2A agents, that background lets him guide agricultural employers through housing requirements, safety standards and compliance.
